Import Contacts - Bulk Add
For new Yahoo! Messenger users, being able to import contacts easily into the Messenger list is very important. I designed the new bulk add import contacts feature that allows users to search multiple email accounts at one time. Completion of the import contacts task increased 20% after the new feature was released.
